Three new search and rescue centers will be opened in the Arctic.

This year three new Arctic centers for search and rescue will be put into operation in Murmansk, Vorkuta and Nadym.

Centers will provide constant readiness and immediate response to any emergency situation in the Arctic. In order to provide high levels of mobility the centers will be equipped with aircrafts, off-road vehicles, emergency and fire-fighting equipment.
