Arctic summit in Moscow

On February 24, Moscow will host the II International Investment Summit Arctic Development, whose theme is "Nanotechnology, the military-industrial complex and the Arctic as a national idea." At the summit, experts will discuss investment instruments and state support for the development of the Arctic regions, security of the Northern Sea Route as well as the introduction of new technologies for the extraction and processing of raw materials. The Summit is supported by the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation and the Arctic Academy of Sciences.
